Her career path is paved with notable achievements including initiatives to successfully reduce IT project delivery times by 40%, improve employee engagement scores by 20%, reduce OPEX by 50% and increase sales by leveraging her impressive network of global contacts to open new markets and verticals. Jamal is an intuitive leader with exceptionally high EQ. Driven primarily by an innate passion for excellence and strong work ethic she is a valuable and trusted advisor to her clients, colleagues and partners. Jamal holds a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Ottawa, a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and the University of Quebec, as well Certificates in Web Design and Information Technology for Business Analysts. She currently resides in Ottawa with her husband and their two children, along with their dog, Chibbi.
